Well, I was making a multiplayer map (at least so I thought) but then I noticed I was making it single player, so... I was thinking, is there any way to somehow "convert" a map to be multiplayer without having to redo it?

Easy:

Go to Preferences in the menu. Select Multiplayer.

You can also find multiplayer setup under Build Game settings.
