As for the question, I am not too sure. I thought all the models are compatible with thee new shaders. But I could be wrong. Good luck figuring it out man.

I'm pretty sure he speaks English ok. I've seen other posts by him that are perfectly understandable. It looks like he's done some cut/paste editing of his post and made a mistake

Well Model pack 28 is just fletcher's fantasy weapons, which don't seem to have their own shader. And Model Pack 38's shaders is what's cool now, so yes. Same mistake twice.
