When I load my model into my game, it just apeers all black. (Yes I have put all of the correct files in the same folder and the filenames in the.x file ARE correct.) Now the weird thing is that when I load the same exact folder into the media browser that comes with the TGC Store, the model has all of the correct textures. I am really stumped on this. Any Help???

If it hasn't exploded yet, I haven't touched it.

That does sound wierd.... Provide the .x file. Maybe you have a multi-material assignment that can't be used in DBP... There was an earlier post that had that problem.

OK. It seems you have a SINGLE skinmesh that you are applying 3 distict textures to... Right?

If that is correct, then it won't work in DBP. There is a limit (as far as anyone has explained to me) of one material and texture to a distict mesh (object). Try separating the 3 components of your weapon and texture them separately, then export it to .x

Wow, I'm so stupid I set ambient light to 0 so the object wasn't lit!

We didn't discuss that issue. The question of how many you could have was never raised - but it is certainly at least five as my example on that unmentionable thread demonstrated.

Glad you got it sorted though.
