most video editing software can do transition effects like that, dunno the best way to do it in game, but pre-rending the video with transition and then just playing it back in game might be easiest

well i am trying to make it for dbpro with memblocks etc ofc

this takes a photo to amemblock stores all values in arrays and random takes 500dots and paints them with a good tranparent image u can make a ghostly effect...
well next step is the rnd dot to be checked if already been used and then rnd another dot till all dots all painted so the cross fade effect will occur...
is there a way without memblocks, do a miss any command that will make it happen easier?

all os break

I think it's worth looking into the Image Kit plugin, it's full of handy transition stuff, blending - might not have pixel by pixel, but that's the cool thing - you can use IMAGE POINT to get the colour of the pixel from the original image, and even IMAGE DOT that onto another blank image, or just draw to the screen.

Whatever way you do it, ImageKit will make it easy, and it's great for when you want to avoid using memblocks.
