I have made a knife in milkshape and have it textured(but i used 4 different textures; blade, hand guard, handle and decoration thing on the bottom) but i don't know how to add hands, animations, or make it FPSC ready. I probably didn't texture it right, could someone help me out please?

I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to dissapoint.

first you'll need to take all the textures and combine them into one texture or picture file make them a .tga format fpsc only allows one texture per mesh your hands can be a separate mesh or make them part of your knife mesh if you do that you'll have to have the hand texture into your knife texture

Actually you are wrong.Weapons can have as multiple textures as you want. For example my blaster pistol uses 5 different textures. To do that simply remove the filename at textured= line in the gunspec.

Newbie95: You can animate hands with tools like Fragmotion,3dsmax or Milkshape. They arent free, especially 3dsmax which costs 3000 dollars, other two are from 20 to 50 dollars.

A gunspec is a file which has all the specifications of the gun in there. The best way to make a gunspec is to edit an existing one and copy it.
