not bad although unless that's a rigged posed, it's best to model characters with their arms out to the side and legs spread a bit.

Yeah I know but the ref pic I had was a person standing like that. I just fixed it.

it's not so much the legs as it is the feet I think. can we see a side profile?

Can we see some wire? The head looks very strange... is it supposed to be cartoon-ish? If yes, then you should paint the texture by hand to give that look, instead of using reference.
