just an idea, but why not make their hands closed fists instead of open palm? I know that modelling tutorials teach people to model characters with open hands (for easy finger rigging), but since the FPSC biped doesn't have fingers, all the characters end up with guns stuck to their palms, which I think looks a bit weird. Totally up to you, but just my suggestion.

Also, not sure how gangster-y these guys are. I always think of gangsters as wearing sharp suits, expensive shoes etc. These guys look more like hoods or street thugs.

What's the poly count looking like?

I want robotic legs.

that mean have to rig 5 fingers with the biped

I love them, but the run anim is a little bit... awful with the melee. STOCK FPSC didn't plan for melee obviously.
