http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/Electrical-Engineering-and-Computer-Science/6-00Fall-2008/LectureVideos/detail/embed01.htm

this is the first video ,
apperently , MIT has opened a website about their courses
i do not know what is the difficulty level and how they can help each and every one of us , but i do know , its worth the look.

the above link , is the first video of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science for begginers , its actually the first class you take when going after that skill (i think).

it could help us all exprianced and noobs (such as i ) understanding some things about computer science , im not talking about DarkGDK tutorials or C++ , but the overall concept and its from MIT so its no where near bad but atleast good to very good.

im glad to share it with you guys
enjoy

p.s
if you find a good video (as there are hunderds over there)
tell us so we can all learn from it

nadav.

I found this very informative:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8C4wLzp5lK4

brought me a big step closer to multi-threaded programming! (although DarkGDK isn't built for that, but good to know for ohter projects)

Now the plot thickens, the fps decreases, and the awesomeness goes through the roof.

Well, you don't need a multi-core CPU to use multi-threading!
Watch the video
Multi-threading will give you many advance if done right.
Imagine a physics/AI/input... system running parallel to your render loop.

Now the plot thickens, the fps decreases, and the awesomeness goes through the roof.
