Hey guys,
I was just thinking, how do I add pictures from my computer to a wall or building in my game?
any help would be much appreciated.

Also, How do I my built games to a disk? do I just copy and paste the .exe file?

You can use Signs 4 to make those.

You need to copy all the files in your built game folder otherwise it wont work.You also cant run it directly from cd,you have to copy it on the pc.

Ok, ok so I copy the exe file to a disc, then when someone puts it in their computer, they copy the file from the disc to their desktop?

No, you copy ALL the files. Not only the exe file...

And with the adding pictures, what scripts do I edit in Sign 4 to make it my picture?
