Hi

I'm currently working at a game company. We are using unity pro to design our current project. Truth be told we lack people with a talent of 3D modelers. If anyone is interersted with making money with the talent, we want you! While you won't be paid yet, you will be paid once the money starts rolling in. The thing is are you prepared to help in something that could potentially be a success.

So, are you ready to take part in the industry?

Unless money is paid up front you wont get anyone to work for you. Generally these projects dont work out and will end up as a waste of time when you get nothing.

Im sorry but for one thing, team requests aren't allowed anyway, and secondly, only by offering direct payment will anybody consider working for you.
