You are allowed to use any hands which you own (have bought) in your game. So Mp5 would work.

I got the mp6 somewere, someone posted a link to them for free but i don't know if they are allowed to be used commericaly.

I will see if i can find the link.

Im pretty sure you can use them commercially, as long as you dont claim them as your own
