Im new to game making and Im wondering How do I create characters and cutscenes using those characters in the game? Any help in anything else would be amazing

I use iclone 4, its a real good tool, but there are alot of difrent tools out there for this, some people use fraps to recored there movies inside each leval they build, this is ok to but unless you know how to animate then your movies will look generic.you also can use 3ds max
