Reporting that parameter "iDivideTextureSize" does nothing when mipmapping is turned off (parameter "TextureFlag" = 1).

The documentation doesn't specify that "TextureFlag" must be mandatorily set to 0.
Parameter is useless for un-mipmapped textures.
