Just a thought that could go into the engine possably. I know you guys are busy so I wouldn't be suprised if you all said no, but I was wondering if it would be possable to incorporate Genesis3D BSP file formats. Reason being, I don't believe there is any real licensing on the engine prohibiting us from distributing our games made with its editor. As you may alread know, Genesis3D is a freeware open source Quake like engine which anyone can dowmload from the internet. It would just make life that much easier... thanks for listening.

PS- This is something I heard and may not be true, but I heard that most BSP formats are very similar so it might not be that hard to convert, but then again, it is only a rumer.

Current Projects: Game Spawn 85%, mini BSP maker 50%, Height Mapper with many features 75%, Space Tactical (Like BC300AD) 15%.

This could be a possibility as a package called '3d game programming starter kit', which is like DB but is C++ and comes with various e-books and is packaged with the GENESIS3d engine. As far as I know the Genesis engine is free to use, but im not 100% on that.

Woah, been about 5 years since I've touched Genesis3D, didn't even know it was still around.
