Dark GDK / [LOCKED] Images not showing...

I recently downloaded C++ and DarkGDK for a school project but im having a problem showing my sprites. My code compiles fine but when i run it the screen is blank. I copied my bmp image to my projects folder but still nothing. I desperatly need this to work, is there any reason why this may be happening?

First off, this is the DB Professional board. Why not try posting on the DarkGDK board...

Secondly, even if this was the correct board, it's doubtful you would get an answer to such a vague question.

If you've not seen the thread linked to below, you should read all the points covered - they are all useful to know. But, item 4 is the most relevant in this case.
