Hello. I have a set of models ready to import to FPSC however with the errors I have been having with the imported on the site, I was wondering which ones you all use to import your models to the program?

I am only new to this and am still getting used to this so any help or support you can give is greatly appreciated.

best to import it manually, if you want to convert a model for FPSC you need experience with a moddeling software

if your software cant export to x then search lithunwrap

I am currently using the entity maker located on the fps creator site (http://files2.thegamecreators.com/fpscreator/fpsc_entity_maker.zip) and my models have been exported to .x format.

ah then I know what your problem is.FPSC entity creator does not fill in the textures details or mesh location details so you will have to open up the FPE files and direct it to where the mesh and textures can be found in your FPSC directory

How would I go about doing this?
I have only been able to get it to a .x file with the texture seperate once exported from my modelling program (3ds Max).

When I try to use the entity maker, it closes itself down with the error in the above topic link.

have you checked out the video tutorials. You should leave the programs directory structure in tact.So in other words the program will only look for your files in the user directory.

You don't Have to use the entity maker to import your models. What I would it find in your files something that similar to what your model is like if it is a character the grab a character fpe and just change the name, model and texture to fit your new model. Good luck.
