I have Multisync v1.4.1. I am able to get it to work on my LAN but I have no clue how to do it over the internet. I know I need to open a port on my router but how do I get the remote computer to log into my "server" machine from over the internet? What do I need to use for the IP address when trying to log in?

The fastest code is the code never written.

I think you need your internet IP, which you can get from whatsmyip.com As for getting the computer to log in, I think they just need to put that IP address in. Most games just have a central server that has all of those IP's so players can just click on a game to go to it, but if you can't have a central server going all the time, I guess you could just tell people the IP, I'm not sure

Codesurge is so awesome, thanks Hyrichter.

I think I understand how this works now.... On my server, I just use Net Host(maxplayers) and it will use my pc IP address. I then make sure my router has a port enabled attached to my pc IP (I think this is so it will know where to send data when it comes in). I have all the clients my IP and port number and have them connect....
As I haven't tested it yet, I am not SURE about any of this.... Do the clients have to set up a port and all that stuff to connect?
