2 new packs are now available.

Model Pack 40

With Model Pack 40 you can create debris filled scenes that give your game that war torn look and feel. With a wide range of entities to choose from you can make thousands of different layouts to make your game look unique.

Find out more here http://www.fpscreator.com/pack40.html

Model Pack 41

Model pack 41 was designed to supply more Items/Objects for any Dungeon scene and its contents will also fit well into any ‘Medieval or Castle’ scene. The main goal was to create a more ‘animated’ environment which would suit an RPG well, plus give the player a more ‘object interactive’ feel with his/her surroundings.

I thought 41 had a lot of unique things in it. I will buy that one and 40 just blew me away. I didn't know what the theme was really about but it was awesome. It looked more post apocalyptic than anything. I will buy that one.

Also 41 blew me away but again I wasnt sure what the theme was again. I thought it look like mystery, dungeon, creepy carnival, and other thing that cant be explained....

May I guess who made these packs?

X Games on 40 and Ross Tra Damus on 41, judged only by the style

Looks great anyways!

I'm afraid I don't know if my Pack works in X10, I have only tested it in X9 because I am still working on a XP system.

Maybe TGC can answere that question for you if asked?

All the best of luck.

I will get MP 41 RIGHT NOW - the contents are new, original and universally usable

And I so want to add that the presentation, which is providing pictures, videos AND a manual (which you can look at beforehand)is so freaking much better than what the avarage authors/designers do.

Afaik, Rostradamus also did the Graveyard Pack (MP 26) which I also bought because the information provided was so extensive, that I had not the slightest doubt, that it'd be worth the money.

Thanks a lot for enabling us to do games that are a little more spectacular now!

To All

Thanks for your comments so far about 'Model Pack 41', I just hope it is of use to you all.
Please feel free to ask any questions about it and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm just sorry that the quality of the video presentation isn't that good but I had no other options because of a lack of hard drive space and the fact that my work PC is trying to 'die' on me at the moment.

NOTE - To all who purchase it, check out the 'Pain points' in the Entities 'Quest' section, they can be used in many ways with the models in this pack or any other for that matter.

Again, thanks and the best of luck to you all.

Cheers

Model Pack 40 was actually created by teamhalo, the original thread had been around for quite some time.

Both of these packs look superb though, some rather exemplary dedication and creativity certainly went into each one for sure! Can't wait to get 'em

Cheers

Just tried 41 in X10 v1.10 and the items i tested worked fine.
Only tried a few windows doors fans and a couple of others.
Great pack.

Will try 40 tomorrow.

I just got the download for MP 41 and after toying around with it for an hour I have to say thats its the best entity pack so far imo.

It includes all the stuff you need for a TR style game and theres PLENTY of it. The vids show not even half of whats included. There are enough different doors and windows to build 5 different dungeons without repeating anything and the switches, staues, fire pots, columns etc. allow to create games that look like nothing we've seen yet. The large wall/ceiling fans and the tubes are suitable for all steampunk settings and make for great light effects

Especially the hints and non-working switches are really adding to the atmosphere and they all include colorfull huds. There are even the cogs you had to find and insert in the very first TR to make some things work and they come with a dozen animated/non-animated varieties so you can build really large machines

The pain boxes are a terrific invention, they will also work great with force fields etc. whats more they allow you to actually make every small spot of fire a *pain*

Personally I found that the segments from the "Dark Egypt" MP dont match too well with MP 41, but Bucketheads "Ancient" pack and CheeseCakes "Tomb Pack" are perfect (both avilable p.e. on http://www.fpsfree.com)

Tried the pack 40 in X10 v1.10 and most seem to work.
Some items (builging pieces, fences, food, and a few other items) show up white in X10 editor but show up fine in test game.
Some (babyblocks, food, others) are invisable. Most worked fine.
This is just info for X10 users.

I use X9 more than X10.

Your welcome Ross.
Haven't Tested it all yet But i will in the next few days.
It's a fantastic pack and there is a lot to test.(well worth the money)

Stephen

I have tested more than 3/4 of the pack in X10 v1.10 now and have had no problem. This is the most impressive packs i have seen (I have all the model packs)
This pack gets a 9.9 out of 10 from me.
They say quality is better than quantity. This has both.
Fantistic work Ross.

Have one on me.
Stephen

I have found some problems in X10.
Some colums only show up if made dynamic and pain points are not where i placed they were at least 1 segment away.

Wow, nice packs! I love how 41 looks! Brings God of War in mindsomehow The other one is nice too.

Chupa cabra, it's not made by Rosstradamus... It's made by a user named teamhalo...

EDIT: Whoops! Just realised you were talking about model pack 41, not 40. Sorry, thought I was in the 41 thread My bad.

41 pack is one of the best: full animated objects, pro texture
and idea of traps, buttons, huds and more delicious...

Insomnia is coming...
