Nice poly work, but the proportions are not working, Fable is a very stylised game, and you will notice that the houses are exaggerated at certain areas. The rule of thumb is to usually warp of curve the main structure, exaggerate the door, the window(which you have done) and the base. You also need to increase the size of the roof, maybe curve the sides outwards and you should be on the right tacks.

@Asteric, as he said, its Fable inspirated, it doesnt mean that he has to take the proportions straight from the game, he used fable inspiration and mixed it with his style

Great work! i really like it

Thanks for comments ^^

However im kinda scared of starting texturing this model cause i suck at uv mapping especially for architectural structures like this one

Thanks, the main idea was to give it a really fantasy overdone look but i kinda developed my own realistic way of it, however i did move the roof like you said but its probably not good enough or its just that the camera angle prevents you from seeing it :/
The door and some of the sides and some details still need to be done tough and im considering scaling it a little bit up too

Having never played Fable or even seen it perhaps I can offer a different take. I like the house in general, it has a nice stylised approach. things I like are the window, the stairs to the front door and the basement window bars. These I think are great.

Things I would change are the roof tiles, I would make them a little smaller. this maybe a personal thing but for me they are a little big compared to the windiow.
Its unclear what the bay area is for ( left had wall looking from the front ) and seems to serve little purpose. Perhaps put some doors behind it and move it back a little to create a verander ( check spelling on that).
The general shape I believe could be improved by adding a slight bulge and girth to the house around its middle, giving a more toony kind of feel. Have a look at most cottages that are few years old and the wall always bulge and sag a little somewhere.

I would also be tempted to add a picket fence around the perimiter jsu to finish it off.

Looks great otherwise

Fair enough, but what he has now is half way in between, which does not work well with setting a good style, if he wants a stylised house, you should go for that look, mixing realism and stylisation is not a great way to do things.
