when I change settings in setup.ini, for some reason they revert back to what they were before I changed them... why?

Close FPSC, adjust it. Than re-open.

It won't save if FPSC is open.

Like cyclone said, you need to close FPSC, edit it, then re open FPSC

that's when closed.

it won't stay changed. sometimes lightmapping will, but never resolution or -1 divide texture size.

You cannot adjust resolution for test games. They will always switch back to the FPSC default. I know it annoys me too...

I actually finally got FPSC to work at 1920 x 1080, and this works for both test games and built games. Only problem is the HUDS don't stretch out to fill the screen.

You can try saving your changes in the setup.ini and then restarting your comp. I believe this is what I did to get the values to be changed.

Another thing you can try, is to maybe search your computer for another setup.ini that FPSC might be using and remove it.
