when i make a box using this code,

my character will collide with the box no problem,
but if i position the box some where else, the collision no longer happens... Is it because i positioned the box? and i do have the phy get collision and object a and b later in my code

This should be posted under the DarkPhysics forum but anyway...

When you use "PHY SET RIGID BODY POSITION" it gets 'turned into' a static object so it should still cause other objects to react to it (like bouncing off it) but it will no longer be affected by gravity etc.

At least I think that's what happens, I had a similar problem with my game "Odd Blox" at some point...

if you position object first then make it phy static mesh then it should work.
