You need to place the .exe in your FPS Creator folder. It replaces your old FPSC-Game.exe

.exe files are executable files. What mod did you download? When you download a mod it should have the FPSC-Game.exe file.

Listen.

You download Fenix Mod . rar or something

You will see an exe called FPSC-Game

Go to your fps creator directory,
(Usually C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\Fps Creator)

Find a file called FPSC-Game in your FPS Creator directory.

Rename it to FPSC-Stockgame.exe

Drag the FPSC-Game from FENIX MOD FILE to the FPS CREATOR DIRECTORY

And run FPS Creator.

If you dont understand, dont care... -_-
