How can i rotate on the global axis rather than the local axis?.

Or you can do the vector/matrix math yourself.... It's not that difficult. The difference between global and local is the rotation center.

EzRotate is the answer for anyone that doesn't already do 3D maths. You can buy the full version from TGC, or you may find the slimmed down free version somewhere if you only need the basics.
