I just installed update 1.16 and the software is asking me for my serial key - no problem - whip out the packaging and type it in, and it is telling me that my key is invalid.

BEFORE anyone tells me to read the sticky at the beginning of the forum, I did, and followed it's directions to the letter - can someone tell me if the are experiencing a problem like this and how to fix it?

Make sure you're not mistaking a zero (0) for the letter (O), also case matters so if it asks for a capital 'Y' don't put a small 'y'. Good luck.
