I made a monster in Anim8or, exported to 3ds, added animations (Idle) in Milkshape, then exported it to .X
I opened it in DBPro and it worked OK.
Then I made another animation (jump) (on the same object) and exported it to .X
In DBPro, the monster's head was so HUGE it wouldn't fit in the camera view (the body's size was normal), yet it was normal in Milkshape. Any idea on what's going on?

I need an animator!!! HELP ME!!

Check to make sure the vertexs that make up the head are attached to joints.

I checked. There's no problem with the joints. They worked with one animation (Idle) then I deleted the keyframes and made another (Jump) which didn't work.
