I have been trying to create a downloadable demo for my new game Horrors of WWII. I have the demo, but not the link. Webs doesn't seem to let me create one. Is there anyone who can help?

Try uploading your game to File Front then linking it. If your talking a bout a error with webs this isn't really the place.
