whats the agrrement with it are we aloowed to sell are games for money is their a limit if their is how do you extend the license?

Yes, but it is a large number, possibly ten thousand USD I believe.

basically if you make more then 5,000 USD you have to upgrade your license... and it cost 1,000 USD for the upgraded license.... its a one time deal so you would never have to pay it again and be allowed to sell as much as you like...

According to rvanner's youtube channel, it's actually $50k USD is the limit before you need the license. Must be a really critical type.

50k? I honestly doubt that someone could use FPSC X10 to sell a hugely commercial game. Not too many people would be able to run it smoothly as there's been known performance problems and incompatibility.
