Hello there, I've recentely found the forest pack on a very old HDD and I was wondering how to use it correctly with CP's Countrytime Pack in a 25x25 map.

The player must no going everywhere, how I can do this without some these boring invisible walls ?

Thank you !

Please apologize my bad english, I'm French.

Well, you could always make it seem like less of a sudden stop if you simple create the forest over a larger area then you need, and add some large background which fades from trees to a faked backdrop, giving you the illusion you're actually somewhere.. And then put some invisible walls(yay walls?) and some cliffs, rocks fallen trees etc. to keep the player within the bounds of your playable zone.

Don't forget that you can do some bill-boarding for the intermediate trees that you cannot get near. That will give you further depth, without sacrificing more overall poly-count.

Exactly; then you can go further with a good backdrop/skybox (using renders of trees you are using ). All combined; it would give an in-depth effect.

Thank you, I have another question,
but it's about the editor itself:

Can I use the render zone (the 1.0 -> 1.9 blue circle)
in V1.16 ?

Please apologize my bad english, I'm French.

The quickest way to minimise or maximise it's size is to hold CTRL and roll the mouse Wheel Up or Down

Im not sure if your able to.

You would probably need to script something where if the player is far away from object, then dont show.

Something like that?

It might be better to see if you can find out whether it's actually free or not before you upload it, and ask the original creator if you may upload it.. Sometimes things are given away for a limited time only(e.g. Kravenwolf's work).

Download removed; ask the author/artist before re-distributing their work next time.
