Hi people.
I'm currently developing my game. Its looking good, but its annoying having to work around stuff all the time. I know people have mentioned this a bit before. APart from a few plugins and DB it's self, some of the plugins seem to be released half working, have a couple of updates then its left alone. Most of the free plugins seem to have more effort put in. IanM seems to be working on his very handy Matrix plugins and adding stuff every now n then, and yet DarkPhysics was dropped after getting about 75% of it's commands working. I'm just wondering why and how they feel this is the right way of going about this? If Autodesk did this with 3D Studio or Adobe with Photoshop it would've been thrown in the bin years ago. Yes I know they're much bigger companies, but still. Leaving some of the DarkPhysics commands broken is almost the same as Photoshop not having a working Save option. I don't own all the plugins but it seems to be a re-acurring theme on the forums. DarkPhysics could've easily been one of the flagship plugins....this just baffles me.
PS I'm not saying all TGC stuff is crap, but I just think they need to aim a little closer to perfection before release, and have good updates for more than 5 minutes after release

I do accept that TGC don't code all the plugins but they should put them through some sort of quality control before selling them. Its not like theres thousands for sale.
