Here's a little thing that i've tried after seen
the Rolfy's refraction.


First off, I've built my room on two layers, then
I've simply textured with a glass texture a 2x2 floor entity and placed it between the two layers, finaly I've added some scenery and lighting...

Of course it's a very basic tricks that will not reflect dynamic entites which are can be moved (crates, characters), but it's very nice to see this in FPSC.

nope, sorry, look at the bottom parts of the bricks, they don't match up. try a retexture I guess.

Only thing I noticed that doesnt make it seem like a true reflection is the walls dont look reflected, they just apper to continue through the "reflected" part.

Still looks pretty cool though.

Nice trick, sure refraction/reflection don't work this way unless the angle of incidence is normal
