i'd searched and they said change in setup.ini and i've done but it still didn't work

What do you want? Dynamic shadows or lightmapped (static)? For dynamic just change dynamicshadows=0 to dynamicshadows=1 in setup.ini. Note that you need a descent graphic card and it will only work on dynamic entities and not characters.

For lightmapping, just add a static light and set lightmapping on in file/preferences.

The 'lightmapshadows=1' doesn't affect your problem. I have it on zero, and if you've seen my WIP's, it's obvious I have good shadows. Try changing it to zero, or just look at my setup.ini:

The problem is not lightmapping. The dynamic shadows is not lightmapping.
