FPSC Classic Product Chat / Direct X problem?

Well i finally got my computer to work but when i tried to run FPSC it said "you need direct x 2007 or later to run this".
OK fine, the disk has a installation for this right?

Wrong.

I installed it and it took one second (if that's relevant)and its still displayed the same message -_-.
Can someone give me a lint to this download or something

Hither.

Your signature has been erased by a mod because of the forum's stupidly tiny restrictions, along with other things such as lack of automatic image resizing, and lack of embedding videos.
