Well there is blue gui, but I do not believe it is maintained any longer (but it meets most people's needs). There is also a few other gui frameworks out there, I would check the WIP and program announcements.

I've been using BlueGUI for ages and it's pretty solid.

There is no gui with all the requirements you have. Sorry.

BlueGUI is great but it is no longer supported. I confirmed (at least for what I use it for) that it works in Win7. It does have issues with desktops that are not 32-bit color depth.

There were a couple other GUIs written but I don't think either of them had good documentation.

BlueGUI doesn't need support or updating it's pretty much complete I think. The problem I run into is that most of the WIP or community GUI libs are the result of someone needing something themselves then sharing it with the community. You won't get a professional type of support. Then again it's worth learning how to make your own interface with the 2d and input commands. That way you have the ultimate support which is yourself... if you can rely on yourself when you need it. It also means you don't have another plugin in your exe.

Not to steal this thread here, but is there any way to still purchase it? I have emailed the seller numerous times over the span of the past few months and have received no response.

There's the BBB Gui Plugin (see WIP thread) which I use and is good. And there's still support. Maybe what you're looking for?

Cheers

I guess this is a shameless plug: Try http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=166887&b=5

It's meant to be simple so that the user can make it work how he/she wants.
