I re-installed X10 and I tried to update, but when I do, it says that it aborted because it "Could not detect FPS Creator X10 installation." Why? (I am running Windows 7 if that helps)

Hmmm, others are having this problem as well, do you have multiple hard drives?

Where can i download the patch? So that the update thing doesn't say it wasn't detected, I think I should just download it and install it manually.

go to your desktop right mouse on the x10 icon and run as admin
then run the auto update again, there should be no reason why it wont work, providing you start x10 with the right mouse and run as admin. the error you are geting is to do with admin rights.
go to controll panel and check system firewall not your antivirus firewall program you instaled, or turn uac off .
