Is there a script or something I can use with Drak Basic to have a scrolling names script at the end of my game kinda like Quake Arena?

Ya, use windows move maker for scrolling text.

Who the hell is General Failure? And why is he trying to read my hard disk?

My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.
