well you have like 3 options:

1. Learn C++
2. Learn C++
3. Learn C++

oh and four: LEARN C++!!!

Thats pretty much the only way. You could use someting like nullsoft install engine or "install creator" but all the easy ways to do that are expensive.

Your best bet is to learn the basics of microsoft visual basic then make like a text box or something. then have the code be like this:

if textbox1.text = "284629462974243" then call "install.exe"

even that is really unsucure.

Or you could learn pretty much any other language. There are numerous options you could do for this, however yes most involve either learning a language or paying for a software.
