Why, would you even attempt this.lol If you want to become a great modeller you don't steal others work. It don't like seeing it happen, yeah take it for reference but take it for your own and show and telling it as your own, is... Just foolish. People aren't fools on TGC, we can see.

As much as I'd love to share, and for how much of a loser this guy is, I'm gonna refrain from posting his emails. Basically it's about how he says Biggadd is a liar and he used a different model in that picture. Then he goes on this whole thing about how he first found the model but didn't have the ability to reduce so he 'made his own'. He says we're just out to ruin his reputation. (but imo he did that himself)

He couldn't go around it and use the eraser tool to delete some line's so he creates an entirley new one exactly the same with the lines not there? XD

I do this all the time. I wanted to use this: But it was too high poly so i re-made it.
Here's what i got: It's 1 polygon less now! I'm so happy!

Why would he email you?(no offense ) If he really thought Biggadd was a liar, then he should email another mod to review the models. I bet Biggadd even shared the evidence with the other mods before initiating the ban. Craziness all around.

I think this is a lesson for everyone actually. If you believe you've been wrongfully accused and banned for stealing and or claiming another person's work as your own, the best thing to do is contact another mod to review the evidence against you.

From what I've seen of every ban recently is the mod always finds solid proof before taking action.

I think it's better to post progress on your model. If you post your model bit by bit then they can't wrongfully accuse you. Of course, If they find another site with the exact same steps... But then again, They can check the dates

I like how he's now admitting to that model being from Sketchup, even though the Crazy brought it up before, and he didn't say a thing.

I compared the model he sent me via email to the one from sketchup, and even though he has shifted some of the polygons around (ie. He made the barrel shorter and stock shorter), he has neglected to realise his mesh flow is pretty much exactly the same. And also that if you re-edit these parts, the model is exactly the same size.

Poor job GamerDude...

I ran the google skethup version through a polygon reducer, like I did the first time:



As you can see he has moved some of the polygons around to try and "fool" me. But as I said, the mesh flow is the biggest give away.

Good old Indi (were mates now) didn't quite believe that I drew the picture that is supposed to be in the thread. It's long dead now, but it was the hardest thing for me to be told I was lying. I wasn't lying, but honestly, there is nothing that smacks harder than a jab at your integrity.

Hopefully, this silly, silly kid will learn a lesson from it. Do the work, get the skills, make the model - yourself. 1000x better feeling than getting accolades for a crock.

Well, people like me, when we started out, we were nooby, and some people "starting out" with awesome looking models makes us feel... nooby again... But then again that's why I just don't plain say anything until there's a resolution, or it involves me of course

Hehe...I've just decided...I made the Microsoft website and wrote Pulp Fiction except my version is Black & White

You can tell instantly that's a copy that's slightly...VERY slightly changed. Anyone who fakes to this extent has problems. To fake it and covertly give it out is one thing, but to post on here to show off about it is just sad.
