Ok before i get flamed, I have looked my butt off to find some way to do this. I made a png file to load up at a story zone. here are the problems. It was made in paint just incase that helps.

1) background color isnt transparent, and I have no idea how to do it

2)the image scale is off.

please only reply with helpful comments or links. Again, I have looked and searched these boards, youtube, and other search engines. Thanks in advance

so are you wanting a small image to pop up?

First, dont use paint for such a thing, I recommend Paint.NET or GIMP.
