Is there a way to duplicate content?

Say I make a 10x10 grid floor or even a complete room and I want to re-use these without having to re-build from scratch, is there a way to just duplicate content I have already made?

Yes, select the fith button from the right with the half triangle (Next to the orange flags) then hignlight what you want to duplicate.Once everything is duplicated, go to edit select copy. Give it a second then click where you want the duplication to be placed.

You might find turning them into 'Prefabs' will be the way to go with this one.
