no raven, if the foul is harsh then it goes to the fa for a fine on the player. you do get the yellow and red, but the caution gets used a lot.
red and yellow cards are more harsher in international games, since a yellow is 1 match ban and red is 2.
thats why you get almost clean sheets when international games are played.
