Ceiling cat dosen't seem to be helping me out today.

Whenever I use the carpet on the floor 2, it becomes the ceiling of floor 1.

How can I change this?

You need to have a space between the levels or retexture the ceiling/floor segment, so it has the ceiling on the bottom and the floor on the top.
