I am getting DarkGame studio for my birthday soon and want to be as prepared as possible when I get it. I want to start making models that I will use in my games. I currently have Animation Master 2006. Does that export to a model type that DarkBasic will accept? If not, is there a free and easy software to make DarkBasic Pro compadible models? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I use A:M exclusively for my models. There is no built in direct export for model formats that Dark Basic reads. However, there is a 3rd party plugin for .x, that Fucher over on the A:M forums maintains. here is the download page:

It works, but I don't use it too much. I prefer to export in .obj and then I use Ultimate Unwrap for texturing. But get that plugin and you'll be ok.
