Hi all, I purchased the DarkGDK and went through to install it all. DBPro installed fine, but a lot of the plugins won't let me activate them... I put in the serial number I was emailed and they say "product unknown".

Does anyone get this problem? Thanks.

You should have a different serial number for EACH tgc product/plug in.

Sorry, you made it sound like you just had one serial number.

My bad. No, I've been using the one sent to me for each product but it still comes up with the Product Unknown error... Strange...

Upgrade DBPro to the latest version.

The verification program in older versions has had issues with plugin verification, or at least that's what cured it for me in the past.
