The AO seems to be too strong in many areas, tone it down.

I think his feet should be a bit longer to avoid falling over, in the first shot it looks like we have a seam in the top of the chest/shoulder and a bit shiny in the spec map, diffuse needs a little work, but otherwise a nice model, its got a classic hollywood 1920s-50s B movie feel which is very interesting, cant wait to see what future character models you produce.
