Right when I start up FPS Creator, this is what shows up, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled FPS Creator for nearly 7 times now, and it STILL doesn't work without an error EVERY time! This is what the Error says now:

Runtime Error 5104 - Could not create memblock at line 10083

I encountered this exact same problem today. I couldn't find any help online about it, so I tried somethings on my own. I narrowed my problem down to the specific file causing the problem. Somehow the default ground segment got corrupted. Go into where you installed the program (the game creators folder in program files by default) and open FPS creator/files/segments/common. There should be 4 files in that folder a BIN image, a BMP file, a DBO file, and an FPS file all titled Ground. When I remove the FPS file, everything works fine except for that one Ground segment. If I put the file back the problem returns, therefore I know that is the only cause of the problem for me. If this doesn't work for you, try removing individual folders from the segments folder or the entitybank folder then try opening FPS creator, if you get the error again then you can rule out those files as the cause of the problem. Keep them separate while you gradually remove the other folders, you can even remove the entire segments folder or entitybank folder and the program runs fine until you try to access something that was removed. When you open FPS creator without getting the error, you will know the most recently removed folder was causing the problem. Try to narrow down the specific file causing the problem, then put all the other files back where they came from. Problem solved with the exception of the 1 file.
