here is my benelli m4 progress, this is about an hours work total.
It comes in at 780 polys

i also have a question, in milkshape, can you bridge two faces like in anim8or, because its a hassle for me to switch between the two.

Criticism I have, is to smoothen those smoothing errors, and to increase the overall flow of the polygons, as they seem like they've been glued together.

But it is, however, a nice start

no, u can only"create new faces" by selecting 3 vertices, and create a face out of them, since MS3D only supports tris.
hope this answers ur question.

@Quik
Yah i figured as much, that sucks.

And @PW
What do you mean increase flow? im pretty sure theres only 1 or 2 spots to fix.
And i dont know how to fix smoothing errors. I dont know what i did to make these errors.
Is it because i set all the faces to one smoothing group?
