There was a way with scripts, I saw it on youtube. I would provide links and what not but I'm not sure what it was I saw now, take a little look around

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

It can be done with a mod.

You could just set a time limit where if it is not reached, the player will be killed, e.g.

:state=0:etimerstart,state=1
:state=1,etimergreater=60000:plraddhealth=-1000,state=2
:state=2:state=2
