I cant see why not,as long as you own both computers it should be ok,i think?
But if you live with a bunch of mates and he ownes one of them then that could be illegal,i dont know,i think this is gonna cause a mass debate among members

I think it sais somewere:

"You may install FPSC on as many computers as you like, but only one copy may be used at the same time"

So that would mean that you cant install it on a second computer to work together with your friend.

If you want to work with your friend on a project you could just get FPSC Free and then send the .fpm to the computer with the original FPSC.
