ahhh please tone down the spec it really kills it, also you need more detail in your texture, especially in the trousers, but i must say the hands are superb, pretty much perfect

Your characters have a nice 1950s B movie feel which I like. I think it may be a good idea to do varients, then one can use them for mobs and groups, otherwise it looks odd to have a group of monsters, all with the pants ripped at the same places, some varients of the same model would be great.
