FPS Creator X10 / Charaters?

I was having trouble with lag recently and I ran some test to figour out what the problem is. As I'm testing it out I noticed that every time I get near a Charater is lags. Not alot, but enough to be a disapointment. Does any one know whats wrong or how to fix this?

(I'm Running on Windows 7, DriectX 11, and v1.11 on FPS Creator x10)

Processer: AMD Athlon II X4 630 Processer (4cpu), ~2.8GHz
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

9100 won't cut it with X10. Unless you want very poor fps, try a 9600GT-cheap and runs X10 pretty well.

9600 still has some lag i would go 9800gt any thing lower then that lag alot. so 9800gt can run all effects to full and large levels with no lag.

9800GT is overkill for X10, 9600GT will do as my old 9500GS got a steady fps.
